My 8 year old granddaughter was killed in a crash involving a drunk driver. No one has been charged at this time with her death. I recently found out that the same young woman who hit and killed Summer got a second DUI just 9 months later... It outrages me to think of the serious issue of drunk drivers!! How many lost lives will it take before something is done!! RIP sweet precious Summer. To all the others who have lost their loved ones to a drunk driver, I am so very sorry for your loss...
