Tricia was struck and killed by a
Norfolk Southern Train.
Tricia and her friends were
served alcohol by an ADULT.
An adult who knew them and
how old they were.
Then they were told to leave.
They then went to the tracks.
Although Tricia didn't walk to
the tracks, she was carried
to the tracks on the back
of one of her (male) friends.
The "friends" said they didn't
realize it was happening until they
looked over and Tricia was
flying and twirling through the air.
The ADULT received 365 days in jail.
(which isn't much considering my
daughter has lost her life
...but at least its something !)
